Pricing questions
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan covers one event with up to 50 participants and two team members, with no card needed and no time limit.
Do all plans include the anti-fraud features?
Yes. Rotating QR codes, one phone per person, location check, check-out times, door check-in, integrity checks, locked sheets, audit trail, team roles, PDF reports on your letterhead, certificates, Excel export and repeating sessions are on every plan. Plans differ by capacity, plus a few extras on higher plans: see the full feature table above.
Is the participant limit per month?
No. It is the number of participants registered across all your events at any one time, not a monthly count, and it does not reset. Removing participants you no longer need frees up room. Only automatic WhatsApp and SMS messages are counted per month.
Can I collect feedback or run quizzes?
Yes, on every paid plan. Participants rate the session on their phone right after checking in or out, or answer a form you email them. Quizzes have a pass mark, a pre-test can be compared with a post-test, surveys can be anonymous, and you decide whether a passed quiz is needed for the certificate. Participants never need an account.
Can I email my participants?
Yes, on every paid plan, with a monthly allowance. Email everyone registered, people who checked in to a session, people who missed out, a group, certificate holders or people who have not answered a form. Replies come to you and every email has an unsubscribe link.
Do you offer discount codes?
From time to time. Enter your code on the Plan and billing page, or open a link that contains it, before you subscribe. The discounted price is shown before you pay, and PayPal charges it for the payments the code covers.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Every paid plan can be paid monthly or yearly. Paying yearly gets you 2 months free. Choose with the Monthly / Yearly switch above the plans, and switch later from the Plan and billing page: the change takes effect when your current paid period ends, so you are never charged twice.
How does billing work?
Paid plans are monthly or yearly subscriptions through PayPal. Cancel any time; you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, and your records are never deleted.
Can I get a custom quote?
Yes. If you need more capacity, invoicing or onboarding, request a quote from your dashboard or contact us. Custom plans can be paid by subscription or invoice.
What happens if I go over my plan?
Nothing is lost. You will be asked to upgrade before adding more events or participants than your plan allows, and existing attendance keeps working.
