Feedback, quizzes and email

Run a quiz or a pre-test and post-test

A quiz is a form with correct answers. Participants see their score as soon as they submit, and you see results by question and by person.

  • 5 minutes
  • Owner, administrator or programme manager
  • Available on the Starter plan and above.
  1. Create the quiz

On Forms and quizzes choose New form, then Quiz. Add multiple-choice, checkbox or yes or no questions and mark the correct answer for each. Give harder questions more points.

  2. Set the rules

Set the Pass mark (%) and Attempts allowed, and choose whether to Show the correct answers after submitting.

  3. Choose when it appears

Use Right after check-in for a pre-test, Right after check-out for a post-test, or send it by email.

  4. Pair a pre-test and a post-test

Create the pre-test first. In the post-test choose it under This is the post-test for. The results then show the average before and after and how many people improved.

  5. Give someone another try

If a participant used all their attempts, open the quiz results and choose Allow another attempt next to their name.

  6. Use it for certificates (optional)

If you want certificates to require a passed quiz, choose the quiz in the event settings under Also require passing a quiz. It is your decision; certificates can stay attendance-only.
