Choose a plan, use a discount code, switch or cancel

Every plan includes the core features. Plans differ by capacity (events, participants, sessions, team members) and extras such as forms, quizzes and emails to participants.

  1. Open Plan and billing

    Choose Plan and billing in the sidebar to see your current plan and usage.

  2. Apply a discount code

    If you have a code, open Have a discount code?, type it and choose Apply. The plans it covers show the discounted price, and PayPal charges it for the payments the code covers. A link that contains a code applies it for you.

  3. Monthly or yearly

    Switch between monthly and yearly prices at the top of the plans. Yearly billing includes months free.

  4. Subscribe or upgrade

    Choose a plan and pay with PayPal. Upgrades apply straight away.

  5. Switch between monthly and yearly

    Already subscribed? On the other billing period, choose Switch to monthly billing or Switch to yearly billing. Nothing changes until the period you have paid for ends, so you are never charged twice.

  6. Downgrade

    A downgrade takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for; until then you keep your current plan.

  7. Invoices and cancelling

    Every payment is emailed with a PDF invoice, and invoices are listed on the same page. Cancel any time; your plan runs until the end of the paid period.
